Learn about Scott and Shaté Hayes :

Scott A. Hayes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 22 years of experience as a mental health practitioner. His professional interests are in educating minority populations regarding the importance of integrating systems to include regular mental health care as a part of overall health and wellness, which he promotes on the community health panels he's regularly invited to join. Scott holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Tuskegee University and a Master of Social Work from Alabama A&M University. He's also a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated.

Shaté L. Hayes is an educational producer with a passion for producing programming that ignites personal and professional advancement, especially for marginalized populations. She leads a high volume educational career content team at a market-leading edtech company and is actively engaged in the community through career panels and regular contributions to Dance, Pointe, and Dance Teacher magazines. Shaté earned a BA in Psychology from Spelman College and a Masters of Fine Arts in Dance from Sam Houston State University. She's also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Together, Scott and Shaté are HBCU grads and cofounders of The Love Haze—they host conversations to empower the mental, social, financial, and career wellbeing of the Black community
