Ebony Hardy is a woman of many talents and passions, with a primary focus on holistic wellness and mental health advocacy. She prides herself on being the bloodline changer for her family and understands that she had to be the one to take the hit for her family's legacy. Breaking generational curses and healing, all for future generations. Ebony is the founder and visionary behind Healing Not Hurting, an organization dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their true potential and promoting overall well-being.
Ebony strongly believes in empowering individuals to heal from their trauma. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that future generations don't have to go through the same struggles that we are currently facing. By equipping ourselves with the right tools and resources to become the best version of ourselves, we can pave the way for a more wholesome future.
Ebony's journey to becoming a mental health advocate and empowerment life coach began with her own personal struggles. Through her experiences, she discovered her calling and transformed her pain into a purposeful mission. This mission is to equip individuals with the tools they need to become their best selves and to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health.
Over the past 3.5 years, Ebony has been committed to fostering spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional healing within her organization. She is a Generational Empowerment coach who aims to break the cycle of negative patterns and empower future generations.Ebony has provided invaluable resources to individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being. She has written a 31-day challenge journal, Healing not Hurting 31 Day Challenge, and two devotionals, one for teens to live victorious lives as kingdom teenagers, and a devotional on blossoming beyond brokenness after a failed mother-daughter relationship. She also wrote a book of poetry and more on daughters healing from daddy issues, and an upcoming journal titled "It's Time to Live Again". These resources have been instrumental in supporting her mission to empower individuals and eliminate mental health stigmatization.
In addition to her work with HNH, Ebony has been a licensed real estate agent in Michigan since 2020. She believes in homeownership and loves helping those who are underserved. She has worked as a relocation specialist for some of the top athletes in professional sports leagues.
Overall, Ebony Hardy is a remarkable woman who is dedicated to promoting wellness and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her commitment to promoting healing as an essential element of everyday life is a testament to her passion for improving the lives of others.
