Managing Workplace Burnout

w/ Kelley Bonner

The purpose of CelesteTheTherapist is to help shift the way you think. Many times, we get stuck in a negative cycle and struggle with getting out. Celeste will interview guests from different backgrounds who empower people in different capacities.

Workplaces tend to have this system that rewards people who do well with more work. How do we avoid falling into this cycle of seeking validation without being properly compensated?

In this episode, Celeste The Therapist and Kelley Bonner, licensed therapist and podcaster, talk about workplace burnout. The discussion explores how the way we approach work causes burnout and what we can do to prevent it.

When we recognize what we want work to mean to us, we also learn how to prioritize what truly matters. Likewise, dealing with burnout outside the workplace starts with shifting our perspectives and redefining what things truly mean to us. Tune in to this episode now and subscribe to learn more.
