Throughout the episode, I offer practical advice on how to shift our thinking and empower ourselves. I suggest writing down our thoughts to diminish their power, questioning the evidence behind them, and intentionally creating new, positive habits. I reassure listeners that change is possible at any stage of life and encourage them to believe in their ability to transform their mindset.
